Finding the right people to join our company is very similar to designing a new product offering. It requires a clear vision of what you want, and the ability to recognise the correct mix when you find it. Our recruitment process is designed to ensure that we sift the best possible individuals for every position, so that the final fit is a mutually beneficial one.
The complete process may take anything from 2 to 6 weeks, depending on the level of the appointment and the complexity of the interview and selection process. All available positions are advertised on our website and interested applicants are invited to submit their CVs through this portal or via Fax. Due to the volume of applications we receive, we are only able to respond personally to those applicants who meet the requirements and whom we would like to invite for an interview.
Applicants who apply for any of our Management positions are required to undergo psychometric testing and risk assessments.
